As an AI-Driven Full Stack Engineer, you will develop front-end, back-end, and AI/ML capabilities for PolicyMe’s broker-focused product line. You will work with Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, AWS, and LangChain/LangGraph. The work includes integrating models, building data pipelines, and supporting architecture decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Design full stack features for AI-powered web applications
Integrate AI models and APIs into production systems
Build scalable, secure, observable cloud architectures
Implement data pipelines supporting training and inference




Coordinate feature delivery with QA and teams
Requirements: Solid full-stack skills with Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, and AWS
Experience deploying AI/ML technology into production environments
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and customer value
Ability to design modular, testable, scalable backends
