Coordinate equipment repairs for Toromont Cat in Sudbury using service scheduling, customer communication, and work-in-progress oversight. This is a full time contract position through June 30, 2027.
The Service Advisor provides technical direction and accountability for repair scheduling across internal and external service teams. You will manage Service Scheduler updates, coordinate technicians, and maintain customer support throughout repairs. The work also includes quotes, timelines, work orders, service reports, parts, warranty documentation, and invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule machine repairs and preventative maintenance for technicians
Update Service Scheduler accurately and promptly
Coordinate deadlines with supervisors,



MSRs, and PSSRs
Support customers during and after equipment repairs
Review daily WIP for invoicing and KPI support
Requirements: Minimum post-secondary education
Minimum five years of service operations experience
Safe, environmentally sound, and healthy work behaviours
Ability to manage service documentation and work orders
Bring service operations experience, scheduling expertise, and customer communication skills to Toromont Cat's Sudbury service team.
