Key Responsibilities: Lead Cloud Operations team activities and escalation support
Direct troubleshooting, issue investigation, and resolution
Support Cloud Platform and Product Components
Review AWS code for accuracy and operational stability
Maintain cloud security and cost management controls




Requirements: 10+ years of infrastructure and AWS Cloud Engineering experience
5+ years engineering AWS infrastructure with relevant services
Demonstrated Terraform design, deployment, and maintenance expertise
Robust AWS networking knowledge, including Transit Gateway and Route 53
Strong Service Management and ITSM process knowledge
