Key Responsibilities: Manage, mentor, and support software developers
Define architecture for crawling, ingestion, and matching systems
Oversee Java services and distributed data pipelines
Lead AI applications and agentic workflow development
Monitor reliability, performance, costs, and production incidents
Requirements: At least seven years of software development experience
At least two years managing software development teams
Strong Java or comparable type-secure language proficiency
Distributed systems, cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD experience
Experience with search, APIs, data processing, and Agile tools
