As Senior Prototype Engineer, you will develop, assemble, integrate, commission, and validate robotic hands, arms, end-effectors, actuators, and sensors. You will guide engineers and technicians, establish workflows, and collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Embedded Software, and Controls teams.
Key Responsibilities: Lead complex robotic prototype development from build through validation
Direct engineers and technicians while resolving technical challenges
Integrate, calibrate, and optimize actuators, encoders, and sensors
Drive troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and design iteration
Establish assembly, testing,



and validation procedures
Requirements: 10+ years in robotics prototyping or electromechanical integration
5+ years directing technician groups in research and development
Solid experience building and troubleshooting robotic systems
Degree in robotics, mechatronics, engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience mentoring teams and coordinating technical execution
