As General Manager, you will oversee industrial, office, and retail properties while aligning performance with ownership objectives. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, support tenant experience, and coordinate with clients, owners, and stakeholders. The position focuses on asset value, operational standards, risk management, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities: Lead operational, financial, and strategic portfolio performance
Coach property management teams and support succession planning
Oversee budgets, revenue, expenses, and financial reporting
Maintain life safety, compliance,



and preventative maintenance standards
Manage vendors, contracts, procurement, and performance
Requirements: Minimum 10 years progressive commercial real estate experience
At least 5 years senior property management leadership experience
University degree or diploma in business, commerce, or economics
Valid RECA real estate licence and Alberta driver’s licence
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; Yardi Voyager experience preferred
