Superhuman seeks an engineer with 8+ years of iOS development or related experience. You will guide technical direction across architecture, foundations, tooling, and product execution. The work combines mobile engineering, AI coding tools, mentorship, and robust product judgment.
Key Responsibilities: Own complex, high-impact engineering initiatives across multiple teams
Define the one-to-two-year mobile platform technical vision
Partner with product and engineering managers on strategy
Mentor senior engineers in execution, judgment, and influence
Drive cross-functional alignment through organizational complexity
Requirements: Eight-plus years of iOS development or related experience
Expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and iOS frameworks
Experience shipping high-quality, delightful mobile experiences
Experience in early-stage or new-product environments
Fluency with AI coding tools and their team impact
