As Construction Project Manager II, you will coordinate project delivery with designers, contractors, Procurement, and Engineering. You will contribute to cost-efficient project methods while applying Ingka standards, manuals, and guidelines. Your work supports protected, sustainable, innovative property solutions meeting business and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver safe, compliant, sustainable, innovative property solutions
Develop designer and contractor engagement approaches across the Cluster
Identify IKEA sourcing options and procurement strategies




Manage architectural and engineering design to Ingka standards
Secure budgets, schedules, permits, contractors, and cost follow-up
Requirements: Several years’ construction experience in contracting, consulting, or ownership
Previous procurement process and contract negotiation experience
Previous on-site construction management experience
Ability to provide technical and cost input
Apply construction management, procurement, and design coordination expertise to develop IKEA properties through Ingka project standards.
