Key Responsibilities: Discuss building operations and tenant concerns with Property Managers
Clean and inspect common areas throughout the property
Identify maintenance needs across building systems and grounds
Complete minor repairs and coordinate contractors for extensive work
Advertise vacancies, screen applications, and complete tenancy paperwork
Requirements: At least two years of Building Manager experience
Previous rental building experience is an asset
Solid written and verbal English communication skills
Building systems and basic handyperson experience are assets
Ability to patrol stairs and lift 50 pounds
