As a senior organizational development advisor, you support Desjardins’s business objectives by aligning organizational and human capacity. You help the organization adapt to market realities, improve flexibility, and create an engaging employee workplace. Your work spans organizational change, alignment, talent management, and practice initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Advise clients and partners on strategic projects and initiatives
Develop policies, standards, models, and supporting programs




Analyze major issues and recommend directions to decision-making bodies
Represent your unit before senior management committees
Negotiate agreements with external partners on Desjardins’s behalf
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum eight years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate-advanced English proficiency is required
Strategic mindset and interpersonal savvy
