As an Executive Assistant, you will support the Senior Manager and general managers within a large operations team. Your work will involve prioritizing information, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel. You will also use Microsoft Office Suite, protect confidential information, and support stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars for the Senior Manager and general managers
Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders
Prioritize incoming information and align departmental priorities
Prepare correspondence,



presentations, reports, and meeting materials
Book travel and coordinate assigned projects and events
Requirements: At least five years supporting large operations teams
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office software
Strong interpersonal skills with organizational-level communication
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
