SAP business readiness leadership at IPEX centers on process standardization, stakeholder alignment, and deployment governance across manufacturing and distribution.
The Director, Enterprise Process & Business Readiness leads transformation activities supporting SAP deployment across IPEX’s enterprise network. Reporting to the VP, ERP Business Transformation, this senior business counterpart partners with ERP Delivery, Change & Training, Data Governance, IT, and site leadership. The focus includes future-state process design, master data governance, operational preparation, and business continuity through cutover and go-live.
Key Responsibilities: Lead enterprise process transformation using SAP standard capabilities
Establish governance for standardized processes and minimal customization




Develop the enterprise business readiness strategy
Define risks, contingencies, readiness metrics, and operational targets
Lead executive readiness reviews and deployment governance
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or business
MBA considered beneficial
10–15 years of progressive leadership experience
Experience across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or operations
Large-scale, multi-year ERP deployment experience, preferably SAP
Lead SAP process transformation, master data governance, and operational readiness for IPEX’s manufacturing and distribution network.
