Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily and long-term Property department operations
Develop and execute the department business strategy
Underwrite profitable recent and renewal business
Lead, empower, and develop department staff
Strengthen broker, client, and Head Office relationships
Requirements: 10+ years of property underwriting experience
Technical knowledge of Property policy wordings and methods
Bachelor's degree and CIP designation required
Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
English fluency; French or German is an asset
