Lead Samsara’s end-to-end Procure-to-Pay function with expertise in governance, Accounts Payable, supplier management, and payment integrity.
As Senior Manager, Procure to Pay, you will align Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, supplier onboarding, payments, and close. You will establish controls, service standards, KPIs, and audit readiness while partnering with executive stakeholders. The role includes building consistently performing teams and advancing automation.
Key Responsibilities: Own requisition-to-payment performance across interconnected P2P towers
Establish policies, controls, SLAs, KPIs, and SOX audit readiness
Ensure accurate invoices, accruals, reconciliations, and financial close support
Design supplier onboarding and master-data standards




Oversee payment approvals, banking batches, fraud, and duplicate-payment prevention
Requirements: 10+ years in P2P, Accounts Payable, or procurement operations
5+ years managing teams and managers
End-to-end P2P expertise across multiple operational towers
Experience with governance, controls, KPIs, SLAs, and SOX
Bachelor’s degree and ERP experience; NetSuite preferred
Own P2P governance, payment integrity, supplier standards, and team performance while scaling Samsara’s global operations.
