Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis at Husky Technologies as Finance Director supporting its Global Service Business.
This senior finance leadership role partners with the Leadership Team and Customer Success Management. You will guide profitable growth through financial modeling, business analysis, governance, and decision support across field service, contracts, parts, and aftermarket offerings.
Key Responsibilities: Lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning
Analyze revenue, margins, costs, headcount, and operational drivers
Evaluate pricing, contracts, investments, and service offerings
Develop dashboards, KPIs, reporting tools, and decision frameworks
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team




Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Ten-plus years’ progressive FP&A; or operational finance experience
Leadership experience in finance business partnering or commercial finance
Robust modeling, forecasting, Excel, ERP, and reporting capabilities
Executive communication and cross-functional influence skills
Bring strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and rigorous financial analysis to Husky Technologies’ expanding service organization.
