As Manager, Business Operations, you will oversee Current Business, Policy Service, and Office Coordination employees across the region. You will build a cohesive provincial team, guide operational change, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies supporting consistent service delivery. The position also advances efficiency, accuracy, and advisor experience.
Key Responsibilities: Plan employees and resources against productivity, quality, and workflow goals
Lead recruiting, performance reviews, scheduling, and attendance tracking
Coach employees through feedback, training, and career planning




Manage escalated cases and operational change initiatives
Report workload, service levels, audits, and team performance
Requirements: 10+ years of insurance industry experience
Knowledge of life insurance products and administration systems
Proven hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development experience
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; ALMI, FLMI, or ACS is an asset
