Drive metal recycling operations from Nisku, Alberta, using Class 1A expertise and protected equipment handling. This permanent full-time schedule runs Monday through Friday.
Inland Steel Products seeks a Truck Driver to transport metal materials safely and reliably. The position requires extensive Class 1A driving experience, manual transmission experience, and a clean driver's abstract. You will inspect equipment, perform preventative maintenance, participate in the safety program, and operate several company units.
Key Responsibilities: Inspect trucks and trailers for mechanical or safety concerns
Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
Participate in and promote the company safety program
Maintain a clean, organized truck cab
Operate tractor, lugger, flat deck, and roll-off units
Requirements: Minimum two years of extensive Class 1A driving experience
Manual transmission driving experience
Clean driver's abstract
Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Availability for overtime as required
Bring Class 1A driving, equipment inspection, and safety program experience to Inland Steel Products in Nisku.
