This Executive Assistant serves as the primary contact for assigned clients while receiving guidance from an Account Supervisor. The work supports busy professionals through schedule management, inbox coordination, document preparation, travel planning, and day-to-day operations. Assistants also maintain client profiles, send weekly usage reports, and follow Zirtual best practices.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and events
Monitor inboxes, draft messages, and prioritize follow-up
Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and organized records




Research and book travel arrangements and itineraries
Support operations, research, task tracking, and process improvements
Requirements: Solid organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Two to four-plus years in executive or administrative assistance
Google Workspace or Microsoft Office experience
