Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, the Development Manager oversees development processes for Colonnade BridgePort. The work covers design, schedules, contracts, municipal approvals, budgets, reporting, and project turnover. Collaboration includes Investment Management, Asset Management, Leasing, and Operations teams, plus external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Support due diligence activities for land acquisition
Manage municipal approvals and planning applications
Contract and project manage design consultants
Develop schedules, budgets, changes,



and turnover processes
Coordinate reports and liaise with stakeholders
Requirements: Three or more years of related development experience
Post-secondary diploma or degree in Planning or Engineering
Working knowledge of Canadian planning frameworks
Experience with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is an asset
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Manage real estate development projects through approvals, financial analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination at Colonnade BridgePort.
