Build Ramp’s systems integrator program through technical implementation expertise and partner-program design across a broad ecosystem. This senior individual contributor role owns scalable delivery.
As Ramp’s technical and programmatic owner for SI delivery, you will scale implementation partners across products, ERP ecosystems, and geographies. You will define operating models, certification standards, service packages, quality controls, and commercial foundations. The work connects Channel, Solutions, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and other teams.
Key Responsibilities: Build partner segmentation, certification tiers, and implementation methodology
Enable configuration, ERP integration, migration, testing, and cutover readiness
Resolve implementation questions and create scalable partner playbooks
Measure quality, customer outcomes, capacity, costs,



and pipeline
Design partner fees, incentives, milestones, and capacity commitments
Requirements: Senior experience scaling implementation or partner-delivery programs
Background in ERP, finance operations, procurement, or enterprise SaaS
Ownership of scope control, certification, delivery QA, and escalations
Technical fluency in integrations, configuration, migration, and ERP workflows
Commercial judgment for packages, incentives, payouts, and guardrails
Shape Ramp’s SI delivery model with technical judgment, commercial discipline, and measurable implementation quality across partner-led customer outcomes.
