As a Media Investment Assistant, you will maintain client media buys and document campaign activity. You will assist Buyers with purchase preparation and campaign evaluation. The work combines media planning, data preparation, financial accuracy, and client service.
Key Responsibilities: Assist Buyers with campaign execution and purchase preparation
Upload media buys and accurately track changes
Prepare billing estimates and reconciliations for clients
Resolve billing discrepancies and queries promptly
Maintain accurate system and client records
Requirements: Marketing or Advertising background preferred
Qualified analytical and financial acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Develop media expertise at UM through campaign execution, billing accuracy, client service, and collaborative investment support.
