Own full-cycle recruitment and onboarding at S3 Technologies in downtown Montreal, using LinkedIn Recruiter, communication, and organization to support growth.
As a Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Specialist, you will partner with the HR Manager and hiring managers across the employee lifecycle. You will source candidates, coordinate hiring, create welcoming starts, and support employee experience initiatives. The role also provides exposure to HR operations, process improvement, and HRIS implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Run recruitment from intake through offers with hiring managers
Source, screen, contact, and schedule candidates
Build talent pipelines for current and future roles
Own onboarding, records, access, and probation follow-up




Plan events and support recognition, well-being, and retention programs
Requirements: Degree in human resources, industrial relations, business, or related field
Three or more years of talent acquisition experience
Robust Excel, Word, and LinkedIn Recruiter skills
Comfort using artificial intelligence tools
Excellent spoken and written French and English
