This Procurement Manager, Sourcing & Contracting role leads complex procurement initiatives from strategy through executed agreements. You will independently manage commercial and contractual transactions while partnering with stakeholders, suppliers, Legal, and risk functions. The position supports a regulated financial services setting.
Key Responsibilities: Lead procurement initiatives across the full procurement lifecycle
Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies aligned with objectives
Manage supplier selection, negotiations, approvals, and execution
Evaluate proposals and recommend outcomes to stakeholders




Identify risks and contractual exceptions for escalation
Requirements: Eight years’ progressive procurement, sourcing, or contract management experience
Eight years leading sourcing through contract execution
Strong commercial and contractual supplier negotiation experience
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree required
Bring strategic sourcing, negotiation, stakeholder management, and risk expertise to complex procurement transactions in Toronto.
