Support data center technician learners remotely through live instruction, mentoring, and responsive technical workforce development assistance. Eastern Time support is preferred for this virtual program.

Correlation One seeks Teaching Assistants for two Data Center Technician cohorts launching in January 2027. You will support approximately 50 learners through synchronous and asynchronous assistance, helping with comprehension and retention. The work includes Pumble communication, breakout rooms, office hours, grading, and learner follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor Pumble channels and answer learner questions promptly
- Facilitate breakout rooms during applicable lecture sessions
- Provide learner check-ins after each live session




- Hold up to six weekly individual office hours
- Grade assignments within seven days of submission

Requirements:

- Experience working in physical data centers or similar environments
- Mentoring or supervising experience when teaching experience is absent
- Fluent English with qualified verbal and writing skills
- Empathy, flexibility, and patience with diverse learners
- A+ or Network+ certification is an asset
