Job Title: Production Machine Operator - Aluminum FinishingLocation: Burlington, ONPay Rate: $23-$25/hrShift: Monday-Friday | Straight Days (7:00 AM-3:30 PM) or Straight Afternoons (3:00 PM-11:00 PM)Job SummaryThe Production Machine Operator - Aluminum Finishing is responsible for the efficient, safe and productive operation of the Anodizing Line and associated equipment.Pay Rate: $23-$25/hrDuties and ResponsibilitiesOperate overhead hoists to move aluminum racks through the finishing process.Follow work orders and process parameters to achieve the required finish.Monitor tank solution levels, temperatures, cathodes, and rinse tanks.Verify work orders and parts are correctly identified before processing.Maintain clean,



secure work areas and promptly address water spills.Troubleshoot equipment and quality issues and assist with preventive maintenance.Record process parameters accurately and report work order discrepancies.Organize production to maximize efficiency and output.Identify and recommend process, quality, and safety improvements.Follow company quality standards and all applicable Ontario health and safety regulations.Participate in team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.QualificationsMinimum Grade 12 or equivalentSafe Operator Hoist TrainingExperience and Skills2~3 years previous experience in a manufacturing environmentGood communication skillsOrganization skillsHighly motivated individual with a positive attitude and flexible approach to workWe acknowledge that software used in our recruitment and selection process may have Artificial Intelligence components built in but confirm that all work assignment decisions are made by our expertly trained staff.
