American Iron & Metal (AIM) is seeking a Scale Clerk for a permanent position. You will track incoming and outgoing material shipments while serving customers at the scale. The work combines weighing materials, Microsoft Office use, phone support, and general office duties.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide courteous service upon arrival
Weigh trucks and enter shipment information into systems
Prepare delivery slips and shipping documents using software
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries as needed
Monitor shipments and generate required reports
Requirements: Previous similar experience considered an asset
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Robust organizational skills and independent working ability
Resourceful, self-motivated approach to assigned responsibilities
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Support AIM customers and material shipments in Lévis through accurate truck weighing, documentation, organization, and responsive service.
