Manage complex payroll systems and attendance records in a full time, Monday-to-Friday day-shift position supporting a large unionized workforce.
This senior-level payroll and administrative role processes time entry through SAP and Quatro while maintaining employee records in SuccessFactors. You will interpret collective agreements, apply payroll policies, and support accurate workforce administration. The position also requires detailed reporting, employee onboarding, and responsive payroll customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Process and validate manual and electronic payroll time entries
Monitor rotating schedules, premium payments, and payroll variances
Maintain employee transactions and complement records across systems
Reconcile attendance, entitlement banks, and leave accruals




Resolve payroll inquiries from employees and management
Requirements: Extensive senior-level payroll experience supporting unionized operational workforces
Experience using Quatro, SAP, SuccessFactors, and payroll information systems
Knowledge of collective agreements, policies, and employment standards
Advanced Microsoft Office, reporting, spreadsheet, and documentation skills
