Our client, a growing organization in the financial services space, is seeking a Collections Specialist to join their team. As a Collections Specialist, you will be part of the Collections function, supporting the team in driving timely resolution of outstanding accounts. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, careful attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset to help customers and internal stakeholders move accounts forward.

Job Title: Collections Specialist
Location: Delta, BC
Pay Range: $32/hr
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

What's the Job?

Contact customers regarding outstanding accounts to support timely payment.

Resolve payment issues by investigating account details and coordinating next steps.

Review account records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies or missing information.

Process collections activities in line with established procedures and documentation standards.

Maintain accurate documentation throughout the collections process.

What's Needed?

Experience working in collections, accounts receivable, or a customer-focused payment resolution role.

Strong communication skills to handle account conversations professionally and clearly.

Detail-oriented approach to reviewing records and maintaining accurate documentation.

Ability to investigate payment issues and follow through to resolution.

Comfort working in a structured Monday to Friday schedule,



8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
