As a Branch Ambassador, you will support member loyalty and service excellence across in-person, electronic, and telephone interactions. You will assist members and non-members, explain the branch’s new design and banking approach, and direct members to Advisors. The position also provides administrative support to lending and investment personnel.
Key Responsibilities: Assist members and non-members through multiple service channels
Support members with routine financial transactions
Direct members to Advisors for needs-based advice
Educate members about the new branch design
Provide administrative support to lending and investment personnel
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Solid organizational skills
Sales skills
Customer service or banking experience considered an asset
