The Delivery Driver follows established routes and schedules while representing Sysco professionally at customer locations. The work includes customer inquiries, trip documentation, food safety, and transportation procedures. Drivers support warehouse duties as required and collaborate with transportation leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver meat and seafood throughout the Vancouver Region
Maintain order timelines and product quality during deliveries
Complete run sheets, hour logs, and truck temperature checks
Validate truck counts and perform required pre inspections
Follow MTO, HACCP, and company safety requirements
Requirements: Valid Class 5 License and clean drivers abstract
Excellent fluent English communication skills
Previous customer service experience
Knowledge of the Greater Vancouver area
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted
Bring reliable route delivery, food safety awareness, and customer service skills to Sysco’s Vancouver transportation operations.
