Lead event security operations with MLSE, using crowd management and team supervision across sporting and concert events. Toronto venue deployment includes evenings, nights, and weekends.
As Event Security Supervisor, you will lead the Event Day Guard team within MLSE’s Gameday Operations group. You will provide coaching, training, and motivation while supporting safety, security, and customer service. The work covers MLSE venues and events, including sporting and concert programming.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Event Day Guard teams during sporting and concert events
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to security staff
Manage crowds to protect fans and employees
Report and follow up on incidents promptly and effectively




Liaise with contractors, including Paid Duty Police officers
Requirements: Three to five years of supervisory experience
Valid Security License under Bill C-159
Smart Serve Certificate issued within the last four years
Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and nights
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Support MLSE events through confident supervision, effective crowd management, qualified communication, and dependable security operations.
