JMIR Publications seeks a results-oriented Marketing Associate with three-plus years of marketing experience. You will support programs reaching academic institutions, healthcare organizations, researchers, and healthcare professionals. The work includes HubSpot CRM, content creation, campaigns, and performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities: Support webinars, events, newsletters, website updates, and recognition programs
Compile targeted data and enrich contact and account information
Use automation tools to nurture leads and track campaign results
Improve forms, calls to action, banners, and data hygiene




Create content for social media, email, and websites
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sales, or related field
Three-plus years of marketing experience, preferably publishing or academic
Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms
Familiarity with Canva or similar design and video tools
Strong communication, analytical, independent, and team-oriented abilities
