As Marketing Leader (Campaigns), you will plan and execute campaigns in an eCommerce setting. You will coordinate offers, channels, stakeholders, and approvals while using analytics to optimize performance. The work spans paid media, email, loyalty, creative, customer service, and marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities: Plan D2C campaigns from initial concept through reporting
Coordinate offers, customer journeys, channels, and stakeholders
Allocate campaign budgets with Paid Media teams
Optimize campaigns using revenue and profitability data
Guide cross-functional teams through launches and testing
Requirements: 2+ years leading D2C marketing campaigns
eCommerce experience with six-figure monthly budgets
Knowledge of CPA, ROAS, contribution margin, and EBITDA
Experience with testing, attribution, martech, and analytics
Understanding of compliance, claims, and disclaimers
