As Senior Protection and Control Supervisor, you will lead installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of protection, control, and electrical systems. You will plan work, supervise staff, and provide technical leadership for complex installations and challenging operating issues. The position requires six years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and adjust Unit work programs according to operational needs
Supervise staff and work activities safely and efficiently
Monitor costs, analyze variances, and improve productivity
Coordinate technical, labour, material, and scheduling requirements




Prepare documentation and support installation and commissioning activities
Requirements: Four-year Electrical Engineering or related university degree
Six years’ relevant protection, control, and electrical systems experience
Knowledge of electrical theory and related equipment
Supervisory or team-lead experience providing technical guidance
Solid technical writing, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bring electrical systems knowledge, supervision, and technical leadership to OPG’s protection and control team in Kapuskasing.
