Key Responsibilities: Liaise between policyholders, advisors, and insurance carriers
Handle service inquiries throughout each policy’s lifecycle
Maintain knowledge of carrier inforce-related processes




Provide licensed service support and advisor connections
Assist with project work
Requirements: Certified Life Insurance Agent with completed LLQP
Licensing in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario
Clear written and oral communication skills
Previous life insurance industry experience
Practical experience with MS Office and online meeting platforms
