Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review generated media and explain what seems wrong. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, compare visual outputs, and provide evidence-based feedback. The work supports evaluation and improvement of advanced AI systems. Applicants are currently accepted from Australia, Canada, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Key Responsibilities: Hold scenario-based conversations with AI voice models
Rank speech for naturalness, usefulness, clarity, and pronunciation
Compare generated images and videos against prompts




Inspect outputs for artifacts, motion, text, and audio issues
Write specific explanations supporting evaluation decisions
Requirements: Fluent English and clear written communication
Strong attention to detail and patience
Comfort with natural conversational speech
Experience writing short evidence-based reviews
Ability to decide when both options have flaws
