Business Analyst – Banking Pricing
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support ongoing pricing and business-as-usual activities within a banking environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of professional experience in banking or financial services, a strong financial background, and the ability to work confidently with numbers and large data sets.

This is a excellent opportunity for an early-career Business Analyst who wants to deepen their experience within banking.

Previous experience in Commercial Banking or Capital Markets would be considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities
Support ongoing pricing-related BAU activities and business processes
Analyze, validate, and maintain financial and pricing data
Use Excel to organize data, perform calculations, identify discrepancies, and prepare reports
Assist with pricing reviews, reconciliations, and data-quality checks
Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders
Investigate pricing-related issues and support timely resolution
Prepare clear summaries and reporting for business and leadership teams
Partner with business, finance, operations, and technology stakeholders
Support process improvements that increase reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
Maintain clear documentation of pricing processes, requirements, and findings
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of skilled experience within banking or financial services
Previous experience working with financial, pricing, or numerical data
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Comfortable performing detailed, numbers-focused work
Solid understanding of financial concepts and banking operations
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy




Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within Commercial Banking or Capital Markets
Power BI experience
Experience with FIS or FAA systems
Previous experience supporting pricing, finance, reporting, or banking operations
Experience working in a business-as-usual production environment
