Magnera’s Fabrene Inc. seeks a Supply Chain & Customer Service Coordinator reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. You will support customer orders, production planning, logistics providers, sales and marketing teams, and internal departments. The position covers freight management, inventory support, purchasing administration, and shipment coordination. Robust organization, attention to detail, communication, and accountability are central to this work.
Key Responsibilities: Enter branch orders and confirm daily order checks
Communicate order information and shipping dates
Monitor shipments and complete receivers as required




Assist with freight quotes and maintain rate tables
Support inventory counts and supply chain reconciliations
Requirements: One to two years of related experience or training
Post-secondary Business or Supply Chain Management education preferred
Above average Microsoft Excel and data manipulation knowledge
Ability to navigate complex ERP systems
Ability to meet deadlines and shift priorities
Bring order coordination, freight administration, Excel, and ERP capabilities to Fabrene’s North Bay supply chain operations.
