As a Business Development Representative, you will own SmartSkin’s current outbound function and establish scalable commercial practices. Research target accounts, identify contacts, manage CRM activity, and advance qualified leads to Account Managers. You will also test messaging and sequences, monitor KPIs, and share prospect insights with marketing and product. SmartSkin provides manufacturing optimization solutions to food, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors through Quantifeel sensor and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Execute outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
Research target accounts and contacts matching the Ideal Customer Profile




Advance qualified leads to Account Managers through direct handoffs
Design, test, and optimize outbound sequences and messaging
Track activity, pipeline, KPIs, and reporting rhythms in CRM
Requirements: Two or more years of outbound sales or cold outreach experience
Demonstrated success meeting activity and pipeline targets
Experience with CRM, prospecting, and lead generation tools
Confidence handling objections through phone outreach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Use phone confidence, CRM discipline, and AI-forward prospecting to grow SmartSkin’s qualified pipeline and commercial function.
