Serve Placentia customers as a Temporary Liquor Sales Clerk using retail customer service and point of sale skills. This is an on-call position.
As part of NLC’s stores team, you will support liquor store operations and customer service. The work includes operating a point of sale system, managing inventory, maintaining security, and supporting social responsibility. Product knowledge seminars and custom orders are also part of the duties.
Key Responsibilities: Provide customer service through the SERVE process
Operate the store point of sale system
Receive inventory and maintain product shelving
Complete inventory counts and fill custom orders
Maintain security and prevent prohibited alcohol sales
Requirements: High School graduation
At least 19 years of age
One year of retail customer service experience
Demonstrated interpersonal skills
Physical ability to perform required duties
Bring retail customer service, interpersonal skills, and point of sale experience to NLC’s Placentia Liquor Store.
