Maintain Walmart facilities in Calgary through preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, repairs, and protected heavy machinery operation. This position is based onsite.
As a General Maintenance Technician, you will follow schedules and guidelines supporting facility, equipment, and fixture functionality. The work includes managing orders, documenting activities, coordinating contractors, maintaining vehicles, and recommending repairs or replacements. You will also support regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and repairs
Manage work orders, schedules, contractors, purchases, and warranty claims
Maintain company vehicles and arrange required maintenance




Operate heavy machinery following training and safety procedures
Document wear, deficiencies, activities, and equipment usage
Requirements: Ability to use heavy machinery and powered equipment
Ability to complete pre-operation and post-operation inspections
Knowledge of applicable safety procedures and regulations
Ability to transport and store equipment safely
Ability to provide written and electronic maintenance information
