BrightPath Kids seeks an Infant Toddler Early Childhood Educator for full-time work, supporting children ages six weeks to three years.
This educator works alongside teachers and families to provide children with a home away from home. You will implement BrightPath's curriculum, assess children's abilities and needs, and discuss progress with parents and staff. The position also involves maintaining a safe, clean classroom environment and building team-oriented relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Develop programs supporting children's development through BrightPath's curriculum
Maintain an environment protecting children's well-being
Assess children's abilities, interests, and needs
Discuss children's progress with parents and staff
Attend meetings and professional development opportunities
Requirements: Early Childhood Educator Infant Toddler Certificate
Meet provincial childcare employment requirements
Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
Current immunization and health assessment
Bring infant toddler education, family collaboration, and child development skills to BrightPath Kids' early learning community.
