As a Mobile Building Operator, you will provide coverage when buildings need reinforcement during vacations, sick days, and other staffing gaps. The work combines maintenance, administration, cleaning, safety, and resident relations. You will move between Homestead communities and assume varied operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Clean common areas, corridors, and apartments for new residents
Facilitate work orders and perform minor plumbing and electrical maintenance
Show vacant apartments and complete rental documentation




Address tenant concerns and maintain positive relations
Maintain safety logs and respond professionally to emergencies
Requirements: Previous maintenance or cleaning experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
Ability to lift up to 20 kg
Reliability, attention to detail, and secure work practices
Obtain valid First Aid certification
