This permanent full-time position supports ongoing personal insurance needs for recent and existing clients. You will assess needs, recommend solutions, answer inquiries, process renewals, and retain business. Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills support success while working with insurers, underwriters, and adjusters.
Key Responsibilities: Service client needs and advise on insurance matters
Conduct needs assessments and recommend insurance solutions
Sell new policies and retain existing business
Prepare applications, certificates, changes, and renewal documents
Contact underwriters and adjusters about guidelines and policies
Requirements: Bilingual French and English communication skills required
Minimum one year of personal insurance experience preferred
Strong customer focus and professional communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
Strong analytical and organizational skills
