Webber, part of Ferrovian Construction, seeks a Seasonal Equipment Operator for loader operations during winter maintenance. The work includes clearing roads, sidewalks, bus stops, and drainage components while following project specifications. You will complete equipment checks, report issues, and coordinate with supervisors and crew members. Emergency response rotations may require overtime, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
Key Responsibilities: Operate loaders safely for snow removal and winter maintenance
Transparent snow and ice from roads, sidewalks, and bus stops
Perform equipment checks and report operating issues
Assist with de-icing and salting operations
Report progress and obstacles to supervisors
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum three years related outdoor work experience preferred
Winter maintenance loader experience preferred
Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license and acceptable record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
