As Social Media Specialist, you will support marketing plans, enrollment, retention, awareness, engagement, and qualified inquiries. You will manage major platforms, web properties, and content calendars. The work combines copywriting, community management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across campuses and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities: Plan always-on and campaign-based social media strategies
Create written, visual, and video content across platforms
Maintain content calendars aligned with campaigns and events
Manage comments, messages, mentions, and reviews




Track KPIs and prepare performance recommendations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience
Three to five years managing online content and social channels
Two years of qualified copywriting or copy editing
Experience with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Knowledge of analytics, scheduling tools, and accessibility practices
