Position Overview Clintar is seeking an experienced and dependable Snow Removal Crew Leader to oversee snow operations at commercial properties during winter events. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage crews, operate equipment, and ensure sites are serviced safely, efficiently, and to Clintar standards.
Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise snow removal crews during snow and ice events
Coordinate snow clearing operations for assigned commercial properties
Operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently, including ride-on machines, gravely units, backpack snow blowers, and other related tools/equipment.
Ensure sidewalks, entrances, parking lots, pedestrian access points and loading areas are cleared and treated properly
Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to dispatch instructions




Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and enforce safety procedures
Communicate clearly with supervisors and report site conditions, issues, or incidents
Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Ensure quality control and client satisfaction on all assigned sites
Track and report crew time, site completion, and any maintenance or operational issues.
Qualifications & Requirements Previous snow removal experience (commercial preferred)
Prior leadership or crew supervision experience
Ability to operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work long hours, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required during snow events
Physically able to perform manual labor in cold and winter conditions
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Preferred Qualifications Experience plowing with trucks or operating heavy equipment
Knowledge of ice management materials and application rates
AZ/DZ license (asset, not required)
