This trainee role supports Personal & Commercial Banking in a 37.5-hour workweek. You will understand customer needs, provide day-to-day advice, resolve problems, and guide customers toward appropriate staff or solutions. Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice, transactions, and problem resolution

Complete accurate processes,

Requirements: High School diploma or one-plus years of relevant experience
Obtain Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Robust communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
Build customer relationships through banking advice, digital education, transaction support, and accurate documentation at TD Canada Trust.
