Stanley Black & Decker seeks an intern reporting to the Director, Customer Supply Chain. You will support analysts, investigate service misses, and identify order cost-saving opportunities. The internship includes work with inventory positions, point-of-sale trends, promotional timing, forecasts, and supply-demand gaps. You will also own a defined project and present results.
Key Responsibilities: Track inventory positions, point-of-sale trends, and promotional timing
Prepare service metric reports on fill rates and delivery
Investigate root causes of service metric misses




Analyze orders for case-pick cost-saving opportunities
Improve Excel and Power BI tools for accuracy
Requirements: Current or recent enrollment in a relevant university program
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Power BI, SAP, or SQL exposure is an asset
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
