**Key Responsibilities:**
**Working closely with the Portfolio Lead the role will be a key enabler of the Portfolio Management discipline within Canada Operations.**
**Support with leading, enable and championing our existing portfolio management and governance practices, including prioritization support, delivery health oversight, and decision support aligned to strategic objectives and resource allocation frameworks.**
**Support Portfolio-level reporting to stakeholders, including Senior Leadership**
**Partner with stakeholders to embed data-driven, evidence-based decision-making into portfolio planning, resource management, and initiative sequencing.**
**Support senior leadership decision‑making by providing clear insights, recommendations, and trade‑off assessments in governance and leadership forums.**
**Uphold governance frameworks, ensuring consistent application, awareness, and adherence across initiatives.**
**Support the roll-out of Resource Management across the Canada Operations portfolio**
**Support the annual planning process, ensuring alignment of resources with strategic objectives.**
**Support the continuous improvement and maturity journey of Portfolio tools and practices**
